2 Easy steps to enjoy IGL PNG Gas Connection facility at your home.
Application For New Connection (Step 1)
Click on “PNG Connection Request Submission” and fill your details. Ensure that floor where connection is required (e.g. GF, FF etc) is mentioned in the details. On successful submission you will get a “Reference number” which you can use for further correspondence with IGL with regard to your request for PNG connection.
PNG connection request with wrong/incomplete address will be summarily cancelled.
Once submitted successfully, the technical feasibility survey will be carried out by our technical representative at your premises. After feasibility of PNG connection at your premises is confirmed, you will get intimation from IGL through email to complete the registration process.
In case any person posing as IGL representative demands cash for any work like early connection/modification/testing etc., Please report the matter immediately to IGL customer care at 1860-180-1817 / 0124-7105959 or the nearest PNG Control Room.No cash payment is accepted by IGL for any of the work related to PNG connection.Payments are accepted only through Online or in form of cheque,demands draft,pay order.
Payment & Submission of Documents (Step 2)
After receiving the feasibility confirmation, Kindly send the following to below mentioned address to complete your registration:-
1. Print out of your registration form with your signature
2. LPG Undertaking (enclosed in print out of registration form)
3. Cheque of Rs. 6000/- in favor of “Indraprastha Gas Limited” (Rs 5000/- as defined in clause 1 under Customers’ Rights and Obligations of the Terms & Conditions and Rs.1000/- clause 8 under Customers’ Rights and Obligations of the Terms & Conditions)
4. Ownership Proof (Copy of any one of the following documents) :-
a. Latest House tax receipt
b. First 5 pages of Sales deed or Copy of Rent Agreement (if applied through “Owner Type – Rented”)
c. Latest Electricity Bill
